So, what is our Chair Challenge?

Seashelle Massage’s Chair Challenge is a quick and easy 2 week program that is specifically designed to help provide techniques to chair shaped people so that they can have a healthier relationship with their lower back and work ergonomics.

This program will be starting on Monday 6th Sep with limited spaces available so that it can stay nice and personalised for you.

What sort of Chairman are you?

There are two different levels that the program can be completed at, depending on where you are at with your lower back/ work situation and how quickly you would like to see changes.

Are you a Chair Bear or a Chair Grylls?

Chair Bears have a job that involves a fair amount of sitting, and feel stiff at the end of the day. Chair Bears want to prevent any injury from happening.

Chair Grylls spend most of their work week sitting and have a lower back specific injury (eg. Sciatic pain) that is starting to affect the rest of their life, including their sleep and is starting to drive them a bit crazy.

Meet Shelle!

Hi I’m Shelle!  I’m a remedial massage therapist and business owner.  I am passionate about helping people live the life they love, and have fun while doing it!

After helping hundreds of people with their lower back and office pains, I started getting frustrated that I was only fixing the pain and  symptoms, and then they would walk back into the office and things would go right back to where they were before their massage.
